• Own or have the right to use any images or content you upload
• Ensure all information about your school is truthful and not misleading
• Respond to inquiries from potential students in a timely manner
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications for your dance school
• Update your school information when changes occur
• Not impersonate other schools or make false claims
• Comply with all local regulations for operating a dance school

We reserve the right to verify the information you provide and to remove or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Posting false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures
• Scraping or harvesting data from the Platform
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Violating the privacy or rights of other users
• Selling or transferring your account to others

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action if necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Platform
• We are not responsible for the conduct of schools or users
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification
• Provide a reasonable notice period before changes take effect

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
